A former professional scuba diver, Christian spends these days trying to keep his head above water by plying his trade in technology recruitment. He has 20+ years of experience across two continents and is the Co-Founder of hireVouch

He has a real passion for Canadian innovation and has recently been cutting his teeth in angel investing and advising early-stage start-ups on hiring strategy

Outside of work Chris loves to travel and has visited more than 50 countries including two round-the-world trips. Christian is a doting father of two and a proud husband (and married a psychiatrist for good reason!), captain of a co-ed soccer team, and an avid fly fisherman, golfer, and snowboarder.

Patrick is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of hireVouch, a boutique technology recruitment agency headquartered out of Toronto. He has over 15 years of recruitment experience working in Canada, the US, and the UK with companies including Hays Specialty Recruitment, TD Bank, and KPMG. Patrick also participates in Canada's technology ecosystem as an angel investor,  participating in several early-stage investments.

Outside of work, Patrick volunteers coaching youth sports and is in an advisory role for initiatives in the Orillia area including the Lakehead/City of Orillia Cyber-Security Advisory Group and Orillia Fuel Innovation incubator. He enjoys spending time with his family boating and golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter. ​

Shelby is a people-first recruiter and account manager who recently returned to hireVouch after spending a year in an Account Manager role in an IT MSP company. Her background in retail management and customer service helps her foster teamwork and build meaningful partnerships with both candidates and hiring teams. Committed to continuous improvement, she prioritizes proactive solutions and long-term success.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Rocky, and on her family's farm in her hometown of Whitehorse, Yukon!

Jill is a lifelong learner whose career reflects adaptability, resilience, and a dedication to supporting others' success. Her journey spans roles in retail and sales, followed by impactful work as a radiation therapist. Since transitioning to technical recruiting in 2022, she has advanced to Principal Technical Recruiter, driven by a focus on building relationships and fostering growth across teams.

Beyond work, Jill enjoys snowboarding and instructing beginners, as well as playing volleyball, biking, and exploring new restaurants. Recently, she welcomed a happy new puppy into her life.
